Customer Information, LB Know-How and Patent Rights. 8.1 The Customer acknowledges that LB Know-How and LB acknowledges that Customer Information with which it is supplied by the other pursuant to the Agreement is supplied, subject to Clause 8.4, in circumstances imparting an obligation of confidence and each agrees to keep such LB Know-How or such Customer Information secret and confidential and to respect the other’s proprietary rights therein and not at any time for any reason whatsoever to disclose or permit such LB Know-How or such Customer Information to be disclosed to any third party save as expressly provided herein.
