Customer Inquiries. 39.1 Each Party will refer all questions regarding the other Party’s services or products directly to the other Party at a telephone number specified by that Party. 39.2 Each Party will ensure that all of its representatives who receive inquiries regarding the other Party’s services: 39.2.1 Provide the number described in Section 39.1 to callers who inquire about the other Party’s services or products; and 39.2.2 Do not in any way disparage or discriminate against the other Party or its products or services. 39.3 Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, LEVEL 3 shall be the primary point of contact for LEVEL 3's End-Users with respect to the services XXXXX 0 provides such End-Users. 39.4 LEVEL 3 acknowledges that SBC-13STATE may, upon End-User request, provide services directly to such End-User similar to those offered to LEVEL 3 under this Agreement.
