Customer is Liable to Bank Even. if it is Acting for Another Person If Customer is acting as an agent or for another person as envisaged in Section 2.1(a) in respect of any transaction, cash, or Financial Asset, Bank nevertheless will treat Customer as its principal for all purposes under this Agreement. In this regard, Customer will be liable to Bank as a principal in respect of any transactions relating to the Account. The foregoing will not affect any rights Bank might have against Customer's principal or the other person envisaged by Section 2.1(a).
