Common use of Customer License Clause in Contracts

Customer License. Upon payment in full by Customer to EMC in accordance with the payment provision contained in the Statement of Work applicable to any particular Work Product, Customer, to the extent that Proprietary Rights are contained in the Work Product, is licensed to use Proprietary Rights on a non-exclusive, non transferable, royalty-free, worldwide basis for its own internal use. Customer shall not sublicense or otherwise transfer to any third party any rights to use Proprietary Rights.
