Common use of Customer List and Miscellaneous Records Clause in Contracts

Customer List and Miscellaneous Records. Any records, files, lists, and other tangible assets that pertain to the Business, including lists and records pertaining to any one or more of the following: Seller’s customers, suppliers, advertising, promotional material, sales, services, delivery, and/or operations, except those items, if any, required to be retained by law, including accounting records and returns (collectively, the “Customer List and Miscellaneous Records”);
