Customer Minimum Levels. Customer agrees to keep in full force and effect during the term of this MSA: (a) comprehensive general liability insurance in an amount not less than $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate for bodily injury and property damage; (b) cyber liability insurance in an amount not less than $1 million per occurrence; and
