Customer Non-Acceptance. During the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending 24 months after the Termination Date, regardless of the reason for Executive’s termination of employment, the Executive shall not (except on the Company’s behalf during the Executive’s employment with the Company), for purposes of providing products or services that are competitive with those provided by any member of the Company Group, on the Executive’s own behalf or on behalf of any other Person, accept business from any customer or client of any member of the Company Group with whom the Executive had contact, solicited, or served within the twelve (12) months prior to the Termination Date.
