Customer Peripherals. The Customer Peripherals that need to be connected to the Connection Point of Ziggo should dispose of a safety and quality ▇▇▇▇ of an accredited European test institution (in conformity with the EN ▇▇▇▇▇-▇-▇ standard) and should comply with the Dutch Telecommunications Act. The Customer is only allowed to connect Peripherals with deviating specifications if the prior approval in writing of Ziggo is obtained. The Customer is obliged to report its own scheduled maintenance in advance in case this could result in a failure of the Service detectable by Ziggo (such as power cuts).
