Common use of Customer Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

In the event any third party attempts to attach or seize the Product or challenge Axway’s intellectual property rights in any other manner, Customer must immediately notify Axway, contest the attachment and take all steps required to make the intellectual property rights in question known, subject always to Article 10 below.
