Common use of Customer Services IP Infringement Clause in Contracts

Customer Services IP Infringement. You represent and warrant that the Customer Services do not, and will not, infringe or misappropriate a third party’s intellectual property rights. Your breach of this Section 10.2.4 will not be subject to liability limitations set forth in Section 7 (Limitation of Liability) of this Agreement.
