Customer Training Materials Clause Samples

Customer Training Materials. Promptly after the date of this Agreement and thereafter in a timely fashion, RenSoft shall provide PB with copies of all standard customer training materials and examples of customized training materials with respect to the Licensed Software, as such materials may exist from time to time throughout the term of this Agreement. PB is hereby authorized to modify and use such materials to conduct Customer training sessions at Customer locations or other locations.
