Customers and Supplies Sample Clauses

The 'Customers and Supplies' clause defines the responsibilities and expectations regarding the provision of goods or services to customers and the procurement of necessary supplies. It typically outlines which party is responsible for sourcing materials, maintaining inventory, or ensuring timely delivery to customers. For example, it may specify that the supplier must maintain a minimum stock level or that the customer is responsible for providing certain materials. This clause ensures clarity in the supply chain process, helping to prevent disputes over supply obligations and customer service standards.
