CUSTOMER’s EXISTING CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS. 26.1 It is Customer’s responsibility to ensure that signing this Agreement, associated Statement of Work(s) and applicable Schedules with Company does not breach any existing contractual obligations Customer may have with any other suppliers and Customer should give any other suppliers notice as may be required by them.
