Common use of Customer’s personal information Clause in Contracts

Customer’s personal information. As provided in Section 6, PacketFabric offer Customer the ability to manage and order Services via its Portal. Customer’s use of such Portal will require Customer to input Customer’s authorized representatives, contact information, and billing information. If Customer uses the Portal to manage or order Services, the Portal will also contain Customer’s proprietary network information, see CPNI below. PacketFabric will adhere to all security and privacy laws required for such information in accordance with its Data Process Addendum.
