Customisation Milestones Chart. As part of the Agreement, the Seller is providing the Buyer with an agreed Customisation Milestones Chart setting out the minimum lead times prior to the Scheduled Delivery Month of the Aircraft, when a mutual agreement shall be reached (execution of a SCN) in order to integrate into the Specification, any items requested by the Buyer from the Specification Changes Catalogues made available by the Seller.

Any contractual document (SCNs, cabin layout, cabin emergency equipment, etc.) not duly approved and signed by the Buyer before CDF shall be subject to a feasibility study by the Seller and may lead to a price penalty and may result in an adjustment of the Scheduled Delivery Month. Customisation Milestones Chart. No later than [***] prior to the commencement of the Scheduled Delivery Period of the Aircraft scheduled to be delivered first, the Seller shall provide a customisation milestones chart (the “Customisation Milestone Chart” or “CMC”) to the Buyer. The CMC sets out the date(s) by which decisions or actions by the Buyer in respect of the customization of such Aircraft are required to be made or taken in order to achieve a Contractual Definition Freeze which will enable the Seller to manufacture and deliver such Aircraft in accordance with this Agreement. The CMC shall be valid for all Aircraft, subject to the paragraph below.
