Common use of Customs Approvals Clause in Contracts

Customs Approvals. The Owner agrees to reasonably assist, so long as such assistance will not involve the incurrence of any costs or expenses by the Owner, the Vendor to obtain and maintain (i) Applicable Permits for importation into the Products on a duty and customs free basis and (ii) entry or work permits, visas or authorizations required for personnel engaged by the Vendor to perform Work under this Contract.
