Cut-Offs. You must transmit Payment Orders, amendments, or cancellations to us on or before 2 p.m. CT; however, we must receive your Payment Order, amendment, or cancellation prior to such cut-off time so that we have a reasonable amount of time to act on such Payment Order. Any Payment Order or communication cancelling or amending a Payment Order received after the cut-off time, may be treated as received at the opening of the next Business Day.
