Records to be Kept by Contractor Contractor shall keep and furnish to Operator an accurate record of the work performed and formations drilled on the IADC Daily Drilling Report Form or other form acceptable to Operator. A legible copy of said form signed by Contractor's representative shall be furnished by Contractor to Operator.
