Common use of CVL Force Majeure Events Clause in Contracts

CVL Force Majeure Events. The parties hereby acknowledge and agree that the occurrence of a CVL Force Majeure Event affecting the CVL IM shall be treated for the purposes of this Schedule 4 as the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event affecting Network Rail in respect of which the provisions of Clause 17 of this contract shall apply (save that Clause 17.9 shall not, in the circumstances of this paragraph 1.3, apply).

The parties hereby acknowledge and agree that the occurrence of a CVL Force Majeure Event affecting the CVL IM shall be treated for the purposes of this Schedule 4 8 as the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event affecting Network Rail in respect of which the provisions of Clause 17 of this contract shall apply (save that Clause 17.9 shall not, in the circumstances of this paragraph 1.32.5, apply).
