Cyber Security Insurance. The Vendor shall carry Cyber Security Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 each claim for wrongful or negligent acts which shall include coverage for breach of the Privacy Act or HIPAA regulations. This coverage will be either a part of or separate from the Professional Liability Insurance.
