Cybersecurity and Privacy Procedures. 2.3.1 Prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, at no cost to the Company, the Supplier shall implement the cybersecurity and privacy procedures set forth in Appendix B. As set forth in Article 2.3.3 below, the Company reserves the right to update the cybersecurity and privacy procedures set forth in Appendix B.
