Common use of Cybersecurity and Privacy Procedures Clause in Contracts

Cybersecurity and Privacy Procedures. 2.3.1 Prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, at no cost to the Company, the Supplier shall implement the cybersecurity and privacy procedures set forth in Appendix B. As set forth in Article 2.3.3 below, the Company reserves the right to update the cybersecurity and privacy procedures set forth in Appendix B. 2.3.2 The Supplier shall maintain the cybersecurity and privacy procedures set forth in Appendix B throughout the duration of this Agreement. 2.3.3 The Company reserves the right to revise or update the cybersecurity and privacy procedures set forth in Appendix B at any time. Supplier shall obtain compliance with these revised or updated procedures within the time set forth in Appendix B.
