Common use of Cyclomedia Property Clause in Contracts

Cyclomedia Property. Title to and ownership of all intellectual property rights relating to the Cyclomedia Property will at all times remain with Cyclomedia, including all adaptations, modifications, derivative works, additions or extensions, whether made by Cyclomedia, Customer, or a third party.
