CytoDyn’s Information Sample Clauses

CytoDyn’s Information. Except as provided in Section 8.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement, American Regent shall maintain all Confidential Information provided by CytoDyn to American Regent, whether in writing, electronically, orally or through access to CytoDyn’s premises, in strict confidence. Such information shall remain the property of CytoDyn, and American Regent shall not use the same for or on behalf of any Person or entity other than CytoDyn or make use of any such information except as permitted by this Agreement without the express prior written approval of CytoDyn.
