Common use of CytRx Know-How Clause in Contracts

CytRx Know-How. CytRx agrees to keep all CytRx Know-How confidential -------------- subject to exception (b), (e) and (g) in Section 3.1 above. It is understood that CytRx may disclose CytRx Know-How under confidentiality to prospective licensees, sublicensees, agents, consultants, Affiliates and/or other third parties for the research, development, manufacturing and/or marketing of products.
