(d) – Binding Obligation Sample Clauses
The Binding Obligation clause establishes that the parties entering into the agreement are legally committed to fulfilling their respective duties and responsibilities as outlined in the contract. In practice, this means that each party affirms it has the authority to enter into the agreement and that the contract is enforceable against them. This clause is essential for ensuring that all parties are held accountable for their promises, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over enforceability and providing assurance that the agreement is legally valid and binding.
(d) – Binding Obligation. For each of the Receivables, determined that the Retail Contract includes a buyer signature on the “Buyer Signs” line near an acknowledgement of the buyer’s agreement to the terms of the contract statement. Step already performed in number 4 above.
