D Certification. If applicable, the Consultant hereby certifies that it is in compliance with the requirements of Minnesota Statutes § 363A.36 and Minnesota Rules 5000.3400- 5000.3600 and is aware of the consequences for noncompliance. Consultant shall complete and sign Exhibit H, Affirmative Action Certification, which is attached and made a part of this Agreement.
