DAC Tax Election. With respect to this Agreement, FAFLIC and the Reinsurer hereby make the election provided for in Section 1.848-2(g)(8) of the Treasury Regulations issued under Section 848 of the Code, and as set forth in EXHIBIT C. Each of the parties hereto agrees to take such further actions as may be reasonably necessary to ensure the effectiveness of such election.
