Daily Charge. Upon the sole discretion of HEBP, a daily charge shall be assessed for the late remittance of any amount(s) due and payable to HEBP by Plan Administrator. This charge shall be calculated by multiplying the amount due times the lesser of: a. The rate of .0219% per day (which equates to an amount of 8.0% per annum); or b. The maximum rate permitted by state law.
