DAILY DETERMINATION. For purposes of determining the profits, losses or any other items allocable to any period, profits, losses and any such other items shall be determined on a daily basis, unless the General Partner determines that another method is permissible under Section 704 of the Code and the Treasury Regulations promulgated thereunder. Unless otherwise specified, such profits, losses or other items shall be determined for each Fiscal Period.
