Common use of Daily Generation Forecast Clause in Contracts

Daily Generation Forecast. 8.1.1 The Seller shall provide the Buyer in writing for each day during this Agreement, in the format attached hereto as Schedule 5 Part 3 (Daily), by no later than 09:00 am on the preceding day, its forecast level of generation of the Commercial Energy for each hour (starting at 00:00 and ending at 24:00 on the hour every hour) in the day. 8.1.2 In the event that the Seller fails to provide its forecast for any day, then the last daily forecast provided by the Seller in accordance with clause 8.1.1 shall be deemed to be the daily forecast for such day.
