The format for plans shall be decided by the teacher for the purpose of working with his/her students and shall include sufficient information for substitutes and evaluators. Teachers are expected to show necessary documentation for the student with IEP’s, 504 plans, ESOL requirements and other accommodations. The documentation does not have to be in weekly lesson plans. There shall be no requirement that teacher’s lesson plans are for more than one week at a time.
