Common use of Daily Number of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Daily Number of Warrants. For any Expiration Date, the Number of Warrants that have not expired or been exercised as of such day, divided by the remaining number of Expiration Dates (including such day), rounded down to the nearest whole number, subject to adjustment pursuant to the provisos to “Expiration Date(s)”. Automatic Exercise: Applicable; and means that for each Expiration Date, a number of Warrants equal to the Daily Number of Warrants (as adjusted pursuant to the terms hereof) for such Expiration Date will be deemed to be automatically exercised.
