Common use of DAILY RECEIPTS Clause in Contracts

DAILY RECEIPTS. A. Under the Agreement, Licensee shall be required to maintain a daily record of all gross receipts derived from the License Operation. This record shall be available at all times. Licensee shall, upon request by Department, provide a breakdown and accounting of all sales activity for each day. Failure on the part of Licensee to maintain daily receipts shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Revocation in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 11 and 12. All cash, credit and debit payments received by Licensee shall be deposited into a single bank account maintained at a bank located within the State of New Jersey and maintained solely for the subject Vessel Operation, through which all financial transactions (including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, and purchases) must pass.
