Common use of DAILY RECEIPTS Clause in Contracts

DAILY RECEIPTS. A. Under this Agreement, Concessionaire shall be required to maintain a daily record of all gross receipts derived from the Concession Operation. This record shall be available at all times. Concessionaire shall, upon request by Department, provide a breakdown and accounting of all sales activity for each day. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to maintain daily receipts shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. B. All cash, credit and debit payments received by Concessionaire shall be deposited into a separate account or fund maintained solely for the subject Concession Operation, through which all financial transactions (including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, and purchases) must pass.
