Daily Statements. P.C. shall prepare and submit to Manager, or cause its physicians and, if applicable, other Professionals, to prepare and submit, daily statements of professional services rendered and any prescribed related matters, on such form, with such detail and in such manner as Manager shall from time to time provide to P.C., in order to permit Manager to cause proper billing for such services to be rendered.
Daily Statements. Following our end of day settlement time, provided you have dealt or have an open Position, we will cause to be produced electronically a daily statement which will be emailed to you and then made available on the Trading Platform. Daily Statements include details of: • your open Positions; • your new Positions • the opening cash balance on your Account, together with details of Account movements such as deposits, withdrawals or settlements; • your closing Account balance for the day; • profits or losses made on Open Positions (your open trade equity); • the value of your Positions and movements on your Account in the currency in which your Account is denominated, indicating, where appropriate the consolidation rates used; • other items affecting your Account, such as Rollover Benefits or Rollover Charges applied to your Account; • profit or loss made on open Positions (your open trade equity); • the liquidation value; • your Total Margin Requirement; and • your Margin excess or deficit.

Daily Statements. The Issuer instructs the Deposit Account Bank and the Deposit Account Bank agrees to use all reasonable endeavours to notify the Cash Manager in writing, by electronic means or otherwise, as agreed with the Cash Manager, by 10.00am on each Business Day of the aggregate amount of cleared funds that have been paid into the relevant Issuer Account on the preceding Business Day and to identify the amount in such account at the close of business on such preceding Business Day. The Deposit Account Bank's obligations under this clause shall be satisfied by the provision of, to the extent available, read-only access to view the relevant Issuer Account via an online banking system or similar.
