DAMAGE BY GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL. In the event that any equipment installed under a Task Order is damaged or broken as a result of actions by Government personnel or the Government’s agents and assigns, as demonstrated by acceptable evidence, the Government will replace broken or damaged equipment with identical or comparable materials within a reasonable time period.
