Damage caused by leakage. The Mutual shall not be liable for any damage caused to the interior of the Unit, including without limitation, the flooring, walls, decorations and contents of the Unit by leakage or overflow of water, electricity, steam or vapor from any water, steam, drain, pipes or electrical conduits, or from any other source, belonging or appertaining to any other part of the Community.
