Damage Caused by Third Parties. The County is not liable to the Licensee for damage to the County Network, the Licensed Fibers, the Interconnection Fibers, any Interconnection Point, or the Licensee’s Equipment that is caused by third parties. The County will respond to and repair, or cause others to respond and repair, any damage to the County Network that is caused by third parties that are engaged in construction or other business operations in the County Rights-of-Way as if it were an Emergency Repair under Section 10.7.
