Damage, Destruction and Condemnation. (a) If all or any part of the Mortgaged Premises shall be damaged or destroyed, or if title to or the temporary use of the whole or any part of the Mortgaged Premises shall be taken or condemned by a competent authority for any public or quasi-public use or purpose, there shall be no abatement or reduction in the amounts payable by Mortgagor under the Loan Documents and Mortgagor shall continue to be obligated to make such payments.
