DAMAGE OFFSET; DEBTS. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all amounts due or to become due to the Employee under this Agreement shall be subject to offset or deduction for amounts which the Employee owes to the Company. The Employee shall immediately repay all outstanding debts or loans to the Company or any affiliated company and the Company is hereby authorized to deduct from any wages or other sums owed to the Employee by the Company or such affiliate the amount of such debts or loans in repayment of all or any part thereof.
