DAMAGE OR LOSSES. The hirer is responsible for leaving the property in good order and in a clean condition. The hirer further undertakes to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. 16.3 In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage caused by the client during the stay, the resort manager may require the client and his / her party to vacate the Property immediately, without compensation or refund.
