Common use of Damage Other Than Material Damage Clause in Contracts

Damage Other Than Material Damage. In the event of any damage to a Property other than Material Damage, the purchase and sale transaction shall close in accordance with and subject to the conditions of Subparagraph 10(a)(ii). If the Property is uninsured, the cash portion of the Purchase Price shall be reduced by the cost to restore determined in the manner provided above.

Damage Other Than Material Damage.
