Common use of Damage; Strike; Casualty Clause in Contracts

Damage; Strike; Casualty. Any material damage to, or loss, theft or destruction of, any Collateral, if not covered by insurance, or any strike, lockout, labor dispute, embargo, condemnation, act of God or public enemy, or other casualty which causes, for more than fifteen (15) consecutive days, the cessation or substantial curtailment of revenue producing activities at any facility of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, if any such event or circumstance could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or

Any material damage to, or loss, theft or destruction of, any Collateral, if whether or not covered by insuranceinsured, or any strike, lockout, labor dispute, embargo, condemnation, act of God or public enemy, or other casualty which causes, for more than fifteen (15) consecutive days, the cessation or substantial curtailment of revenue producing activities at any facility of Borrower Borrower, any of the Restricted Subsidiaries or any of its Subsidiaries, other Loan Party if any such event or circumstance could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or.

Any material damage to, or loss, theft or destruction of, any Collateral, if whether or not covered by insuranceinsured, or any strike, lockout, labor dispute, embargo, condemnation, act of God or public enemy, or other casualty which causes, for more than fifteen forty-five (1545) consecutive days, the cessation or substantial curtailment of revenue producing activities at any facility of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, Subsidiaries if any such event or circumstance could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or.

Any material damage to, or loss, theft or destruction of, any Collateral, if whether or not covered by insuranceinsured, or any strike, lockout, labor dispute, embargo, condemnation, act of God or public enemy, enemy or other casualty which that causes, for more than fifteen (15) consecutive days, the cessation or substantial curtailment of revenue producing activities at any facility of Borrower or Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries, Subsidiaries or any Guarantor if any such event or circumstance results in or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or

Any material damage to, or loss, theft or destruction of, any Collateral, if whether or not covered by insuranceinsured, or any strike, lockout, labor dispute, embargo, condemnation, act of God or public enemy, or other casualty which causes, for more than fifteen (15) consecutive days, the cessation or substantial curtailment of revenue producing activities at any facility of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, Restricted Subsidiaries if any such event or circumstance results in or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or

Any material damage to, or loss, theft or destruction of, any of a major portion of the Collateral, if whether or not covered by insuranceinsured, or any strike, lockout, labor dispute, embargo, condemnation, act of God or public enemy, or other casualty which causes, for more than fifteen (15) consecutive days, the cessation or substantial curtailment of revenue producing activities at any facility of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, Subsidiaries if any such event or circumstance results in or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or

Any material damage to, or loss, theft or destruction of, any Collateral, if whether or not covered by insuranceinsured, or any strike, lockout, labor dispute, embargo, condemnation, act of God or public enemy, or other casualty occurs which causes, for more than fifteen five (155) consecutive daysBusiness Days, the cessation or substantial curtailment of revenue producing activities at any facility of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, Subsidiaries if any such event or circumstance could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or
