Damage to AURA Facilities or Equipment. If the SOW calls for performance of work on AURA premises or work with AURA equipment, Contractor shall be responsible for all damage to facilities, equipment, or other property caused by Contractor or its personnel, subcontractors, or agents. Contractor shall promptly notify AURA’s Contracts Officer of any such damage and shall reimburse AURA for the cost of repair.
