The Tenant shall reimburse the Landlord for ---------------------------- costs incurred by the Landlord in making good any damage caused to the Leased Premises, the Building, the Lands, the improvements thereon or any part thereof including the furnishings and amenities thereof as a result of the negligence or wilful act of the Tenant, its invitees, agents, servants or other persons from time to time in or about the Leased Premises, the Building or the Lands.
