Common use of Damage to Tenant's Property Clause in Contracts

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (a) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managers, (b) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (c) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other cause whatsoever, or (d) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Building. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything the provisions of Paragraph 20 to the contrary in this Leasecontrary, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (ai) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building building or its property managersProject, (bii) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (ciii) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other cause whatsoever. Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for interference with light or other incorporeal hereditaments, nor shall Landlord be liable for any latent defect in the Premises or (d) any damage or loss to in the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Buildingbuilding. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Notwithstanding anything the provisions of Article 18 to the contrary in this Leasecontrary, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (ai) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managersBuilding, (bii) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (ciii) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or (iv) any other cause whatsoever. Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for interference with light or other incorporeal hereditaments, nor shall Landlord be liable for any latent defect in the Premises or (d) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, in the Building. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Lease to the contrary in this Leasecontrary, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (ai) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managersbuilding, (bii) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (ciii) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or (iv) any other cause whatsoeverwhatsoever except ins ofar as the same may be caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord, its agents, employees or (d) affiliates. Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for interference with light or other incorporated hereditaments, nor shall Landlord be liable for any damage latent defect in the Premises or loss to in the business Building or occupation of Tenant arising from in the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the BuildingProject. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Tenant shall give prompt written notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Notwithstanding anything Except to the contrary in this Leaseextent arising from Landlord's negligence or willful misconduct, notwithstanding the provision of Paragraph 20 to the contrary, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (a) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managersBuilding, (b) nor for loss of or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (c) nor for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work works therein or from the roof, street street, or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other cause whatsoever, . Landlord or (d) any damage its agents shall not be liable for interference with the light or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Buildingincorporeal hereditaments. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, the Landlord or its agents Parties shall not be liable for (a) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building Project or its property managers, (b) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (c) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other cause whatsoever, or (d) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the BuildingProject, except to the extent that such damage is due tothe negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or any of the Landlord Parties or the breach of this Lease by Landlord. Tenant shall give prompt written notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything in this Lease to the contrary in this Leasecontrary, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for any damage to Tenant's property which is caused by the following: (ai) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managersLandlord, (bii) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, or (ciii) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness dampness. Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for interference with light or other incorporeal hereditaments, nor shall Landlord be liable for any other cause whatsoever, latent defect in the Premises or (d) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, in the Building. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything any provisions of Article 19 to the contrary in this Leasecontrary, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (a) any damage to any property of Tenant entrusted to employees of the Building Building, or its property managersfor loss of, (b) loss or damage to to, any such property by theft theft, or otherwise, (c) or for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may any leak from any part of the Building Building, or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein works therein, or from the roof, street or sub-surface surface, or from any other place place, or resulting from dampness or any other cause whatsoeverwhatsoever except to the extent caused by Landlord's willful misconduct or gross negligence, or (d) that of its agents, employees, contractors or invitees, and Tenant hereby releases Landlord from any damage claim for such damage. Neither Landlord nor its agents shall be liable for interference with light or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Buildingincorporeal hereditaments. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipmentBuilding.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything the provisions of Paragraph 19 to the contrary in this Leasecontrary, except for the gross negligence and/or willful misconduct of Landlord or its agents, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (a) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managersBuilding, (b) nor for loss of or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (c) nor for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work works therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other patent or latent cause whatsoever, . Landlord or (d) any damage its agents shall not be liable for interference with the light or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Building. incorporeal hereditaments Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipmentequipment located therein.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything the provisions of Article 18 to the contrary in this Leasecontrary, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (ai) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managersBuilding, (bii) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (ciii) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or (iv) any other cause whatsoever. Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for interference with light or other incorporeal heraditaments, nor shall Landlord be liable for any latent defect in the Premises or (d) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, in the Building. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Notwithstanding anything the provisions of Article 18 to the contrary in this Leasecontrary, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (ai) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managersBuilding, (bii) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (ciii) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from firefIre, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or (iv) any other cause whatsoever, or (d) any damage or loss except to the business extent due to the gross negligence or occupation willful misconduct of Tenant arising from Landlord. Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for interference with light or other incorporeal heraditaments, nor shall Landlord be liable for any latent defect in the acts Premises or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, in the Building. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire off Ire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Landlord or (d) any damage its agents shall not be liable for interference with light or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Buildingincorporeal hereditaments. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding Except in cases of Landlord’s gross negligence or willful act or violation of its obligations hereunder, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, neither Landlord or nor its agents shall not be liable for (a) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managers, (b) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (cb) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which that may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-sub surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other cause whatsoever, or (dc) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the BuildingTenant. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything any provisions of Article 19 to the contrary in this Leasecontrary, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (a) any damage to any property of Tenant entrusted to employees of the Building Building, or its property managersfor loss of, (b) loss or damage to to, any such property by theft theft, or otherwise, (c) or for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may any leak from any part of the Building Building, or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein works therein, or from the roof, street or sub-surface surface, or from any other place place, or resulting from dampness or any other cause whatsoeverwhatsoever not caused by Landlord's willful misconduct or negligence or breach of this Lease, and Tenant hereby releases Landlord from any claim for such damage. Neither Landlord nor its agents shall be liable for interference with light or (d) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Buildingincorporeal hereditaments. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipmentBuilding.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything the provisions of Paragraph 18 to the contrary in this Leasecontrary, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (a) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managersBuilding, (b) nor for loss or for damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (c) nor for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from form any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work works therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other cause whatsoever. Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for the interference with or other incorporeal, nor shall Landlord be liable for latent defect in the Premises or (d) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, in the Building. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything Landlord shall use its best efforts to conduct its activities with respect to the contrary Premises in this Leasea prudent and businesslike manner. However, neither Landlord or nor its agents shall not be liable for (a) any damage to property of Tenant or any property entrusted to employees of Tenant, nor the Building loss of, or its property managers, (b) loss or the damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (c) nor for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work works therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface subsurface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other patent or latent cause whatsoever, excepting only gross negligence by Landlord. Neither Landlord nor its agents shall be liable for interference with the light or (d) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Buildingincorporeal hereditaments. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building Building, or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, the Landlord or its agents Parties shall not be liable for (a) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building Project or its property managers, (b) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (c) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other cause whatsoever, or (d) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the BuildingProject, except to the extent that such damage is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or any of the Landlord Parties or the breach of this Lease by Landlord. Tenant shall give prompt written notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything the provisions of Paragraph 20 to the contrary in this Leasecontrary, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (a) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managersBuilding, (b) not for loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (c) not for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other cause whatsoever, or (d) any whatsoever except to the extent that such damage or loss is attributable to the business breech of any of Landlord's obligations hereunder. Landlord or occupation of Tenant arising from its agents shall not be liable for interference with light or other incorporeal heraditaments, nor shall Landlord be liable for any latent defect in the acts Premises or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, in the Building. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Leaseany other provision hereof, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (ai) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managersbuilding, (bii) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (ciii) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness dampness, or (iv) any other cause whatsoever. Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for interference with light or other incorporeal hereditaments, or (d) nor shall Landlord be liable for any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Building. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident latent defect in the Premises demised premises in the demised premises or in the Building building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Tenant shall give prompt written notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for interference with the light or other incorporated hereditaments, nor shall Landlord be liable for any latent defect in the Premises or (d) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, in the Building. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises premies or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment. Tenant agrees to carry sprinkler leakage coverage in addition to fire coverage on Tenant's property.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Landlord or (d) its agents shall not be liable for interference with light or other incorporeal hereditaments nor shall Landlord be liable for any damage latent defect in the Premises or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Building. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything the provisions of Paragraph 20 to the contrary in this Leaseand excepting latent defects, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (ai) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building building or its property managersProject, (bii) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (ciii) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling failing plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface subsurface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other cause whatsoever, . Landlord or (d) any damage its agents shall not be liable for interference with light or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Buildingincorporeal hereditaments. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident accidents in the Premises or in the Building building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, Neither Landlord or nor its agents shall not be liable under this Lease for (ai) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managers, any Landlord Party (bas defined in this Lease); (ii) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, ; (cHi) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, or water or rain which that may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances appliances, or plumbing work therein in the Building or from the roof, street street, or sub-surface subsurface or from any other place or resulting from dampness place, dampness, or any other cause whatsoever, ; or (div) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Building. Tenant shall give prompt written notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the Premises' or Building's fixtures or equipment.
