Common use of Damage to the Stadium Clause in Contracts

Damage to the Stadium. In the event of any damage to or destruction of the Stadium due to an act of God, natural disaster, contamination, act of terrorism or other force majeure event, as between Licensee and the Authority, the Authority shall have no obligation to repair such damage or rebuild the Stadium. If the Stadium is not repaired or rebuilt, and the Stadium is no longer used for Team Games, this License Agreement shall terminate as of the date of such damage or destruction, no portion of the License Fee will be returned to Licensee, and the Authority and the PSL Agent shall have no further liability under this License Agreement.
