Damage to the Work. The Contractor shall have charge of and be solely responsible for the entire Work and be liable for all damages to the Work including, but not limited to any of the damages hereafter mentioned, and to any property in the vicinity of the Work, until its completion and acceptance by the Director, Department of Public Works.
