Damaged or Missing Carts. The Contractor shall purchase, distribute, and maintain or replace damaged or missing carts at all identified Agreement locations at no additional cost to residents or the Township. All Contractor provided carts provided to identified Agreement locations shall remain the property of the Contractor.
