Damages and Losses to Joint Property. All costs or expenses necessary for the repair or replacement of Joint Property resulting from damages or losses incurred, except to the extent such damages or losses result from a Party’s or Parties’ gross negligence or willful misconduct, in which case such Party or Parties shall be solely liable. The Operator shall furnish the Non-Operator written notice of damages or losses incurred as soon as practicable after a report has been received by the Operator.
